  • We also offer shipping to America and Europe, with rates depending on the destination.
  • International shipping rates may vary. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We use reliable carriers such as  Australia Post, FedEx, DHL for all shipments.
  • Shipping to Australia typically takes 5-9 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping to the U.S. and Europe can take more than  9days , depending on the destination.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or in the Order Tracking section of your account.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
